Changes to district library trustee elections
HB 60 http://legislature.idaho.gov/legislation/2011/H0060.pdf has been signed into law and will change some of the dates for elections. (It is retroactive so is in force now instead of on July 1.) Previous law stated that nominations would have to be filed by 5 p.m. on the sixth Friday before the election.

Your Library May Be Eligible for Summer Food Program
Did you know? Currently over 50% of Idaho's children are eligible for federally-funded food programs!
During the school year nutritious meals are available through the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. But those programs end when school ends for the summer. The U.S.
Department of Agriculture's Summer Food Service Program helps fill the hunger gap.
