Press Release: CSLP Teen Video Contest Winners Announced

The Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) announced the winners of the 2013 Teen Video Challenge.  The Teen Video Challenge is a national competition for teens to get involved with reading and their public library's summer reading program.  Winning videos were selected at the state level to be recognized as an official CSLP Teen Video Challenge winner for 2013.

The American Library Association’s Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) will conduct a yearlong series of National Forum activities to explore the world of young adult library services and ultimately produce a white paper that provides direction on how to adapt these services to better meet the needs of 21st century teens.

Schools can now order CSLP materials from Upstart

The CSLP is proud to announce a new partnership opportunity!  In response to members' feedback that there is a need to allow school and non-profit partners the opportunity to purchase materials to help promote the library's summer reading program, a limited selection will now be available for orders.  Attached please find the 2013 School/Non-profit Partner catalog.  Partners may call, fax or mail their orders in to Highsmith/Upstart; they will not be able to place the order online.
