Wondering about how to provide ebook options to patrons, but not sure how to pay for it? Consider this program of the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC): e-Discover the Classics: Free eBooks for Libraries.
The program is a great option for a library to dip its toes into the ebook waters. Their website includes public domain MARC records to download and import to your local catalog. The program includes both ebooks and eaudiobooks.
