For those public libraries completing the annual statistics report, you might be interested to know that you can easily get your Interlibrary Loan statistics online from OCLC if your library participates in LiLI Unlimited. To get your stats:

Step 1 - Go to http://www.stats.oclc.org/

Step 2 - Log in with your Resource Sharing authorization and password

Step 3 - Select the Resource Sharing tab at the top of the screen

Step 4 - Identify the period and number of months for which you want to see stats

Example: Period: September 2006 (the last month of the previous fiscal year)
Months: 12 (so you can see the full year’s stats)

Step 5 - Select the Reports you want to see:

Example: Borrower Activity Overview Report (Will include the number of items that your library requested and were filled)
Lender Activity Overview Report (Includes the number of items your loaned, requests filled, to other libraries)

Bonus: The Borrower Resource Sharing Stats Report includes titles, authors, and other identifying characteristics of items your library requested. Some libraries use this report for collection development purposes.
