OCLC Interlibrary Loan System Migration Information

The OCLC interlibrary loan system is changing with a whole new interface called OCLC WorldShare ILL.  ALL libraries with OCLC accounts will need to complete the steps below as a part of the migration to the new system... even if you haven't used OCLC for months, you need to do the steps below.

Why should I do this now?

We would like to have all Idaho libraries using the new system by October.  You will no longer be able to start a borrowing request in the old system in September, only complete already-started transactions. In January 2014, the old system will be shut down.

Be ready, get the information now. Here's what to do:

1. Register your library

Go to the Idaho Registration Form and complete the online form. Do this now.

2. Establish your WorldShare ILL accout

After registering, you will receive an email message from the WorldShare ILL Implementation Team with further instructions for setting up your account.  Follow those instructions to set up your new login.

3. Go to training
