Big 6 conference

We are going to use Big6 and the LiLI databases in our lesson plans to get students away from the cut and paste mentality. To promote more meaningful research techniques, and help us identify areas of weakness in our students understanding and in our teaching approach. This approach will help in all types of lessons and activities.

Big6
I can't believe how much I learned at the seminar in Idaho Falls, these last few days! I went through all the traditional courses in obtaining my education degree, Why isn't there a class on just the Big6? I feel like I have just obtained an entirely new perspective on problem solving and information obtaining approaches. THANK YOU ICL and Bob for bringing this too us!
BIg6 training
Ditto - I have heard of Big 6 for some time and never been able to make a training. Now I have practical experience which is far better than reading about it. Thank you from our team Wood River High School.
Learning in the 21st Century
I absolutely enjoyed the seminar in Idaho Falls. I received a greater understanding of the Big6 model. I was able to tweak and plug-in fresh ideas using this format. The media specialist and myself will be incorporating Lili, other data base sources and the Big6 format into our collaborative lesson plans.
