Conference Prep
The Team members have been preparing for this conference during the past few months by reviewing the 5 disciplines as put forth by Peter Senge: Mental Models, Systems Thinking, Shared Vision, Personal Mastery, and Team Learning.
We will also have the benefit of a "team coach" both during the conference and follow-up after the conference. With a plethora of information to absorb, we will do our best to at least put a chink in the iceberg!

Hi Pam,
I'm excited to be here in Seattle to learn what Pegasus can teach us about systems thinking.
I'm wondering, though, if we should tag or add keywords or something to our posts if they have to do with Pegasus? I know this is the ICFL blog but people might like to distinguish between a regular ICFL post vs. a Pegasus one, or at least to keep the content separate. What do you think?
Anyhow, just wondering.
Thanks!
Memo
What a petty!
Hope the conference may repeat.
