Did you know competencies as related to library jobs have been compiled by several entities -- these lists are available at http://libraries.idaho.gov/page/competencies.  What is a competency? That is the skill and/or knowledge needed to successfully complete the workflow of an individual position. Use these lists to identify the skills and knowledge needed for any job that appears in the workflow of a library.
