LSSC Registration Assistance Award
Six library staff members from around the state received the Library Support Staff Certification (LSSC) Registration Assistance Award. LSSC, a program managed by the American Library Association-Allied Professional Association, offers library employees the opportunity to enhance library service and increase their knowledge and skills in areas such as the foundations of librarianship, technology, and communication. This national certification is a valuable tool that will travel with the candidates regardless of geographic location.
The award covers one-half of the candidate registration fee for the certification program. Idaho’s LSSC Registration Assistance Award recipients are:
