The Idaho Commission for Libraries has a strategic plan that is submitted to our federal funding source – the Institute of Museum and Library Services – and one that is submitted to the Division of Financial Management. They are very similar and outline our plans to assist libraries to build the capacity to best serve their communities. They are reviewed on an annual basis and can be found here:
