INFOPEOPLE

To access library professional development online courses provided by the Idaho Commission for Libraries, applicants must work for a publicly funded library located in Idaho and be approved to receive a course code.  Review the Infopeople Course Catalog to identify a course and then fill out the Course Request Form at least 15 days before the start of the course. Your request will be processed withing 48 hours.  Eligible courses are those that instruct attendees on library work flow, services or programming. Also available through Infopeople are free Webinars ~ check out the upcoming titles and the archives.

Library Juice

Library Juice Academy offers short courses for library professional development using Moodle, an easy-to-use open source platform. Courses are taught asynchronously (meaning that you don't have to be online at any particular time) and involve reading assignments, offline activities, and class participation. A four week course involves about fifteen hours of work. Check out the course catalog.
