By agreeing to participate in the Fred Meyer Foundation "Books for Summer Readers" program, you agree and understand that your library must:

• Provide a free summer reading program to Idaho children under the age of 18
• Give away all books as part of your summer reading program
• Fill out the online ICFL 2007 Summer Reading Report due 8/31/07
