Accessing LearningExpress Library

LearningExpress Library is available in the LiLI Portal. All users must to authenticated as Idaho residents; accessing the service through the Portal accomplishes this. Users accessing the system for the first time will need to create a personal login and password. That personal login may be used when accessing LearningExpress Library from any Web-accessible computer.
