Parent Permission Waivers
Get permission before including images of student in any digital presentation. Make sure you check with your principal. Don't use a generic form; customize for each instance. As a starting place, you might want to modify one of these:

Permission to Use Student Work
Get permission from your students before using their work as an example. Doing this is also a good way to teach and model the importance of respecting intellectual property rights.
