Stacks: Criteria for Submission

The Law:

"State publication" means any information, regardless of format, published by a state agency and intended for distribution to the public. State publication does not include correspondence, internal confidential publications, office memoranda, university press publications, items detailed by sections 9-340A through 9-340H, Idaho Code, or other information excluded or exempted by rule promulgated by the board of library commissioners. Idaho Code for this law is 33-2505.

The List:

Reports that describe the activity of an agency or a subset of an agency
Provides access to the information produced by one or more of the services inherent to the agency
Provides access to services
Legislatively, judicially or administratively mandated
Presents the results of a state task force, commission or of committee work
Intended to be distributed and shared with the public
Unique or substantial content
