User Agreement

To participate in the e-branch project, a library must complete the user agreement process. Here's how to do this:

  1. Review the mission and scope statements so you understand the purpose and limits of the e-branch project.
  2. Sign both copies* of the user agreement contained in the document below and mail them to the Idaho Commission for Libraries. You can find the address in the footer of this page.
  3. The State Librarian will sign both copies of the agreement, keep one, and send the other back to you.
  4. When you receive your copy, you're free to begin sharing and marketing your e-branch site.

Libraries that have not yet completed the user agreement process may still participate in e-branch training events - and even set up their sites. Libraries that have not completed the process, however, should not market their e-branch site until the process is complete.
