The American Library Association (ALA) encourages libraries to use Preservation Week to connect our communities through events, activities, and resources that highlight what we can do, individually and together, to preserve our personal and shared collections.  Some ways to get involved:

The Talking Book Service has more than 68,000 audio books and 70 magazine titles to select from. The collection contains fiction and non-fiction topics ranging from astronomy to westerns. Reading levels vary from very easy to adult. Books are available in many languages in addition to English.
