As previously announced, the statewide access to the eaudiobooks through NetLibrary will end September 30th at Midnight. That is TOMORROW.

• Users may download and check out eaudiobooks any time through September 30th. Their accounts will be closed as of 12:01am October 1st.

Since October 2007, ICFL has coordinated a demonstration project known as LiLI eAudioBooks Collection. The project’s purpose is to allow library administrators to evaluate:

1. The potential use of ongoing digital eaudiobook service,
2. The technological skills and resources necessary to carry out ongoing digital audiobook service, and

Each month, Recorded Books adds new titles to the NetLibrary collection of eaudiobooks available to Idaho residents through the LiLI eAudioBooks Collection (LiLI ABC). MARC records for the items added in the past month are now available for download to add to the library's local catalog.

Titles are added to the LiLI eAudioBooks Collection regularly. Each month a batch of the MARC records for those added titles are made available so they can be added to the local library catalog. Right-click the links below to download the file of MARC records, then import to your local catalog.

November 2007 update -- 59 total records (49 core collection, 10 childrens & young adult collection)

After a demonstration project that ran from October 2007 - September 2009, the Idaho Commission for Libraries has arranged a group subscription option for libraries wishing to continue access to the downloadable audiobooks.
