A collection of learning resources to help direct your library career pursuit. This links collection is comprised of formal education links, self-directed learning links, library courses provided by professional organizations, and various other resources.

The free, online (SABLE) program provides additional resources in library knowledge and skills for staff members who have no formal education in library science.

Through continuing education opportunities, the Idaho Commission for Libraries assists Idaho libraries in building capacity to better serve their clientele. Blended learning opportunities are available to Idaho's public and school library staff who do not have formal library education, with the intent of developing specialized skills and awareness of current and evolving library practices.
