The Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) is a temporary federal program that provides full reimbursement to public libraries and schools for broadband connectivity in off-campus locations, such as library patron or student homes. Public libraries and schools can apply for and receive funding for mobile hotspots and connected devices (such as laptops and tablets) to checkout to patrons and students. Join us to learn all about this program and how your public library can participate.
