Get Ready for Summer 2026: Attend a Regional Summer Learning Workshop!
The ICfL is excited to host six regional Summer Learning Workshops to help libraries gear up for Summer 2026. Each 3.5-hour session is designed to spark ideas, strengthen connections, and support collaboration with colleagues in your region. This year’s focus: engaging teens and intergenerational programming.
Workshops are free (registration required) and open to public and school library staff. Light refreshments will be provided, but please note that travel will not be reimbursed.
Fall Workshops (November 2025):
- Nov. 3 – Coeur d’Alene Public Library (North Idaho). Register here.
- Nov. 7 – McCall Public Library (Western Idaho up through Riggins/White Bird). Register here.
- Nov. 21 – Jerome Public Library (Magic Valley). Register here.
(If you’d like to attend outside your region, you’re welcome — just remember travel costs are on your own.)
Winter Workshops (February 2026)*:
- Treasure Valley
- Lewiston
- East Idaho
* These will be full-day sessions: the morning will cover Summer Learning, and the afternoon will dive into Early Learning. You can register for a half-day or stay for both – more details coming soon!
