LITT Listserv Guidelines
Expectations for Use
The Libraries in Idaho Talking Trends (LITT) community is made up of Idaho library staff with a diverse set of skills, personalities, and experiences. It is through these differences that our community experiences great success and continued growth. Overall, we are kind to and respectful of each other. We contribute to this community not because we have to, but because we want to. If we remember that, these guidelines will come naturally.
As a state agency, the Idaho Commission for Libraries is providing this Listserv as a place for Idaho library staff to have open discussions on topics that impact their work in libraries and build their capacity to better serve their communities. Posts not falling under this purpose, or violating use expectations, will be removed at the discretion of the moderator. Posts to these Listservs are the opinions of those posting and do not imply endorsement by the ICfL.
Before you post, think about what you are posting:
Who these Listservs are/ not for |

How to use these Listservs | How NOT to use these Listservs |

When you’re working with members of the community, we encourage you to follow these guidelines, which help steer our interactions and strive to keep this LITT a positive, successful, and growing community.
