I got my iPhone less than a week ago, and already I am almost sleeping with it on my pillow! The device did inherit a ‘home’ from my old cell phone (ie. the cell phone pocket of my purse) but it seldom goes there. Instead, my device is beside me for phone calls, of course, but also for bringing me emails and blogs, surfing & the weather. Next change was with my venerable and much-valued Franklin Planner. In no time, all of March 2011’s pages have gone into the smart phone, leaving my planner binder flapping loose, thin and possibly homeless. What to do with this binder?!? Recipes? Jokes? Nope, those would go very well into the smart phone. Next week’s task is—eBooks. Maybe with the Bluefire Reader, and maybe even with the wonderful eBook site suggested in an earlier blogger’s post…
To be fair, I must say that I did slowly and carefully compare and test laptops, desk pcs, iPads, Nooks, and Kindles, etc., as well as my highly respectable Samsung flip-phone, but I have to say, that for me at least, the smart phones like the iPhones are sleek and elegant, powerful, creative, and packed with loads of fun!
