The ICfL will host six regional Summer Learning Workshops around the state to help libraries prepare for Summer 2025. Each workshop will be four hours long and is designed to help you connect and collaborate with colleagues in your area. This year’s workshops will focus on measuring Summer Success and will include lots of time for collaboration and sharing with your colleagues.
The workshops are free, and registration is required. Both public and school library staff are invited to register for a workshop in their geographic area. Travel will not be reimbursed for these events and a light lunch or refreshments will be provided.
This year, we are hosting two of the workshops in November. The first will be held in Coeur d’Alene on November 1, and the second will be held in Jerome on November 19. North Idaho folks are encouraged to attend the November 1 event, and Magic Valley folks are encouraged to attend the November 19 event. If you don’t live in those areas and want to attend one of the workshops, you can go ahead and register and attend; however, travel reimbursement will NOT be provided for these workshops.
