Summer Learning Workshops
The ICfL is excited to host six regional Summer Learning Workshops to help libraries gear up for Summer 2026. Each 3.5-hour session is designed to spark ideas, strengthen connections, and support collaboration with colleagues in your region. This year’s focus: engaging teens and intergenerational programming.
Workshops are free (registration required) and open to public and school library staff. Light refreshments will be provided, but please note that travel will not be reimbursed.
Workshop Goals:
- Foster connections and communication between libraries that are geographically close (including both public and school libraries)
- Share regional resources
- Provide training on research-based best practices for summer learning
- Engaging in planning activities for the summer
