Summer Learning Workshops

The ICfL is hosting six regional Summer Learning Workshops around the state to help libraries prepare for Summer 2025. Each workshop will be 4-hours long and is designed to help you connect and collaborate with colleagues in your area. The workshops are free and registration is required. Both public and school library staff are invited to register for a workshop in your geographic area. Travel will not be reimbursed for these events and a light lunch or refreshments will be provided.

Workshop Goals:

  • Foster connections and communication between libraries that are geographically close (including both public and school libraries)
  • Share regional resources
  • Provide training on research-based best practices for summer learning
  • Engaging in planning activities for the summer
