Technology Services

The Idaho Commission for Libraries assists Idaho libraries and Idahoans in having access to information and communication technology vital for life in the 21st century. We are pleased to provide the resources below to assist your library in developing or expanding your technology needs.

Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grant (BIIG)

E-rate and EOR for Internet

Education Opportunity Resource Committee

EORC provides funding that, when combined together, can fully cover the cost of an Idaho public library’s internet service.

E-rate is a telecommunications discount program that reimburses a portion of bills paid for eligible products and services received by eligible school and library applicants.

Technology Consulting

The Technology Consultant is available to assist with not just E-rate but also advising on all technology infrastructure and content filtering.
