Registration is now open for the first-ever E-Services Roadshow! The E-Services team will travel to four locations around the state to provide a full day of training for public and school library staff. The E-Services team will be joined by some OCLC folks who will present the cataloging and interlibrary loan tools available to agencies participating in ShareIdaho. If you are participating in ShareIdaho or considering participating, we strongly encourage you to attend! You’ll learn about all the tools available to you and connect with folks from OCLC who can aid you with your OCLC products throughout the year.
In addition to cataloging and interlibrary loan training, the roadshow will feature sessions on digital access, e-rate, website best practices, and digital resources. You can view the full list of session descriptions on the registration page.
Because there are four separate training dates, we are asking participants to register for the location that is nearest to you. Each location is limited to 50 participants, and travel will not be reimbursed. Please register using the links below:
- Wednesday, April 10, Idaho Falls Public Library
- Thursday, April 11, Hailey Town Center West
- Monday, April 15, Idaho Commission for Libraries
- Friday, April 19, Coeur d’Alene Public Library
If you have any questions about the roadshow, please get in touch with William Lamb at william.lamb@libraries.idaho.gov. We look forward to seeing you in April!
