Providing information, training, technical assistance, and resources for Idaho libraries and their community partners. Our vision is for all parents and caregivers to nurture their children’s early literacy skills and for all children to develop as independent readers and become lifelong learners.
Youth Services at ICfL is made up of five departments: Read to Me (Early Learning), Outreach & Family Engagement, School Libraries, Summer Learning, and Teens & Tweens. Each department has various programs, learning resources, and grant opportunities to help Idaho libraries serve their communities.
