Eligibility

Allowable Expenditures

Expenses that are allowed and not allowed for this grant.

OST Programming Grants

Smaller grants of up to $3,000 for your library location to use best practices to offer programs for youth, including lunchtime, after school and teen programs.

OST Planning Grants

Larger grants of up to $15,000 for your library system or school district to engage in activities to strategically develop your services and programs for youth.
