Over the years, LITT: Collection Development chats have touched on the topic of diversity audits. During May’s discussion, we will dive into this topic and talk exclusively about diversity audits. A diversity audit is a tool that helps you evaluate your library’s collection to find gaps and make sure that your collection serves a wide range of your community. There are many ways to conduct a diversity audit and methods vary based on the type of size of the library. If you have experience with diversity audits or if you want to learn more, join us for the chat!
