During this virtual training, Tricia Bengel from OCLC will delve into the Interlibrary Loan tools available to Idaho libraries participating in ShareIdaho, the Idaho Commission for Libraries’ group contract with OCLC. This session will specifically cover WorldShare ILL, including automatic deflections, custom holdings groups, and using and customing the WSILL form. Tricia will also cover the OCLC Community Center and further OCLC support. There will be ample time for questions throughout the presentation.
Training will begin at 12 pm MT / 11 am PT and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
