Applications are now open for spring regional Make It at the Library trainings!

This year’s Make It at the Library regional trainings will focus on growing and strengthening the network of libraries supporting making in Idaho. Applications are now being accepted from all publicly funded libraries, through 5pm on Friday, February 8, 2019.

Libraries can participate, as either an Emerging Maker or a Maker Guide. Whichever your library identifies as, this 2-day training will inspire you with hands-on programs, give you time to develop a customized action plan, and provide access to funds to make your plan a reality. Each participating library will be eligible for at least $650 for Emerging Makers, or $900 for Maker Guides.

Training dates/ locations:

March 26 & 27 in Boise
April 10 & 11 in Idaho Falls
April 17 & 18 in Moscow

Check out the Make It at the Library site for full details. While you’re there, check out the new Make It at the Library Map!

Please contact deana.brown@librarie.idaho.gov with any questions. These trainings are supported by funding provided by Idaho STEM Action Center and IMLS. Thank you!
